Join a panel discussion with business leaders to reflect on the workplace of the future

The French-American Chamber of Commerce - Atlanta, in partnership with the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce - Southeast, the Belgian-American Chamber of the South, the Quebec Government Office in Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, invite you to attend this panel discussion on the workplace of the future.

The pandemic has caused a major shift in where, when, and how we work, with significant ramifications for employees, companies, and infrastructure.
Our panel of experts (see list below) will lead a discussion to understand how the workplace is evolving, how to define its new purpose and how to best prepare for these changes.
The discussion will be in English and refreshments will be served.

    Philippe has international experience in leadership roles demonstrated in Operation, CFO & Finance within corporate environments, from FMCG to Services for #1 worldwide leader in Human Resources industry. EBITA result driven, extensive practice of franchising, business development, key account management, and strategy. He has a strong interest in developing individuals and managing company transformation through implementation of new digital solutions to achieve business excellence.

  • Group SVP & Head of Global Talent
    Jâlie Cohen is responsible for leading Global Talent for the Adecco Group. This includes DEI, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Wellbeing and the Talent Experience for their colleagues around the world. She is a seasoned human resources executive with more than two decades of experience in global organizations leading teams in matrixed environments. Prior to joining the Adecco Group, Jâlie held various human resources executive and business partner roles throughout the US, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Latin America and the Caribbean with Newell Brands and Centene.
    She is a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and Chief. As a trusted industry expert, Jâlie has been quoted in national publications such as Fast Company, HR Brew, Inc., US News & World Report, CNBC Make It and Investor’s Business Daily.

  • Head of Core Laboratories US
    Donna Drake has lived in the greater Atlanta area for more than 6 years working for Solvay in Alpharetta (Forsyth County). She graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College (Easton PA) and an MBA from the University of Maryland (University Park, MD) and has been part of the Solvay organization for more than 33 years. Donna has filled a variety of technical positions within the company including Process Engineering, Quality , Human Resources and production management and has been the site manager in Greenville, SC, and Orange, TX. She is now the Head of the Core Labs - US and site manager of Alpharetta, GA ; she led Solvay Alpharetta through COVID as the manager on site. In addition to her work at the R&D site, Donna is past president of the United Way board of Forsyth County, current member of the South Forsyth Community Improvement District as well as a 4-time mentor with Pathbuilders. Donna is a safety champion, employee advocate, community volunteer, company focused and overall optimist.

  • Vice President of Consulting Services - Atlanta Metro Lead
    As CGI's local metro leader, Mr. Miskawi is responsible for the growth and operations of a metro consisting of over 300 talented individuals in a hybrid work environment. With a background in leadership, program management, and product leadership, and a strong focus on human-centered design, he dedicates himself to enhancing the group's sense of identity and meeting the varied needs of its members.
    Mr. Miskawi's expertise in agile management, full-stack product management, and strategic IT leadership, combined with his focus on servant leadership, bring a fresh perspective on the importance of sound financial management and quality service delivery in exceeding clients' expectations.

  • Senior VP of Project and Partner Development
    In his role, Simon works to build and manage relationships with the MAC’s economic development partners across the 29-county metro Atlanta region and cultivate job growth across MAC’s industry clusters: bioscience, technology, mobility, supply chain & logistics and global commerce. He also assists businesses and their consultants in their evaluation of metro Atlanta for new or expanded operations.
    Previously, he served as vice president of project management at MAC, and worked with partners and MAC’s project management team to support businesses interested in expanding or relocating to the region. Before that he was director of technology industry development at MAC, focusing on building Atlanta’s technology cluster and growing jobs in the areas of Internet security, wireless mobility, software development and digital media. Simon brings more than 25 years of economic development experience to MAC.
