Partir un jour | France | Directed by Amélie Bonnin | 2021 | 25min | In French, with English subtitles.

SYNOPSIS: With his high school diploma in hand, Julien left his hometown to build a bigger life in the capital, leaving his memories behind. And then one day, he has to return, and on that day, his memories come rushing back at him, between two packets of Pépitos. This French fiction short film, which won the César Award for Best Fiction Short Film, is produced by Topshot Films and Les Films du Worso.

Le temps des orages | Québec | Directed by Gabrielle Gingras | 2023 | 12min | In French, with English subtitles.

SYNOPSIS: Gabrielle, an imaginative but cautious child, spends the summer at the cottage with her family. While her brother and sisters enjoy the last swims of the summer, the youngest stays indoors with her dog and many toys, too afraid of the sun and thunderstorms. In spite of herself, Gabrielle finds herself exposed to the elements. Under the caring eye of her family, the young child gradually finds the courage to face her fears.

Les Silencieux | Belgique | Directed by Basile Vuillemin | 2022 | 20min | In French, with English subtitles.

SYNOPSIS: Jorick is one of five crew members of a small fishing trawler. After four days of an unsuccessful fishing campaign, he found himself faced with a difficult dilemma: return with the holds empty or to decide, against the advice of part of the crew, to go poaching in the prohibited zone.
